Hot stamping machine for cosmetics
This servo-driven hot foil stamping cosmetic label printing machine offers a robust and durable design.
The DRAGON hot foil stamping unit allows a registration of ± 0.15 mm. It incorporates a system with electronic heating control and intermittent stamping, offering continuous tension for greater efficiency and registration precision.
With the queue application on the initial Flexo unit (optional) you can also work with cold stamp.
The position of the label and the web tension are servo-controlled. The web is unwound from a roll and then led over several guide rollers to the position of the label. The web tension is monitored and controlled by a sensor. The web is then led to the hot stamping unit.

Shrink sleeve label machines
Shrink sleeve labeling machinery is used to apply shrink sleeve labels to containers. Shrink sleeve labels are made of a heat-shrinkable film that is placed over the container and then shrunk to fit snugly around the container using heat. This type of labeling is used to create distinct brand identities, while maximizing the space for graphics, text, ingredients lists, UPC codes, and nutritional information. Shrink sleeve labeling is also used to provide product security and tamper evidence.
Shrink sleeve machines are available in a range of models to accommodate different production line speeds and label sizes. Our high-speed shrink sleeve machines are capable of labeling up to 30-200rpm(50M/min).
