Roletik, a company specializing in the production of self-adhesive labels, continues its commitment to technological upgrades at its plant with the recent installation of a Zonten Multiconvert.

The Multiconvert is a converting solution designed to integrate various finishing processes into a single line. The specific configuration installed at Roletik includes:

• Flexo flower unit with registration, operational in both rotary and semi-rotary modes.
• Rotary and semi-rotary die-cutting.
• Dual-shaft rewind output.
• Sheeter system with a collection table for sheet-fed cutting.

This combination allows the company to handle both roll-to-roll production and sheet formats, providing greater versatility in finishing processes.

Integration with Esagraf Internacional Auxiliary Equipment

The installation was completed with solutions from Esagraf Internacional aimed at optimizing material management on the shop floor. Specifically, they have incorporated:

• EIG 208: A granulator designed to handle side trim waste generated by two high-productivity machines, shredding it continuously.
• Roll Lifter: Designed to facilitate the handling of rolls within the production flow.

This equipment complements the production process by improving waste management and ergonomics during material handling.
